2024 UV Silver Eagle Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, 750mL

This vineyard was developed in 2006 by the late Ulises Valdez, one of the best vineyard managers in the region. The Valdez Family continues to care meticulously for the vineyard, which sits in a cool area of the western Sonoma Coast near the town of Occidental. The small, concentrated berries resulted in a stunning wine with intense red and orange fruit flavors, a silky palate, and impeccable balance. Calera clone forms the core of the blend and is complemented by a special “suitcase” Vosne-Romanée clone, adding natural acidity and rich texture.
