2024 Riddle Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, 750mL

Perched high on a ridge near Occidental, Riddle Vineyard features high-density plantings rooted deeply in well-drained Goldridge sandy loam soils. The 2024 growing season brought a warm, ideal summer, allowing the vines to achieve optimal ripeness at a steady, measured pace at the very apex of Harrison Grade. The resulting Pinot Noir is both bold and beautifully complex. At its core, the earthy profile of the Mt Eden clone defines the true essence of this coastal terroir. This structural foundation is enhanced by clone 115, which injects vibrant, bold fruit and frame, while the Pommard clone gracefully harmonizes the entire blend. Brimming with a bright, natural acidity, the wine glides across the palate with a remarkably silky texture, culminating in an elegant, lingering finish.
