This is Sojourn’s inaugural release of our brand-new Moon Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon. It is elegant and balanced, offering depth and complex layers of flavors and texture. Moon Mountain is located in the Mayacamas mountain range that divides Napa Valley from Sonoma Valley. It is home to the most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in Sonoma County due to its rocky, volcanic soils and warm inversion layer that ripens the grapes to optimal maturity. Two lots from the renowned Monte Rosso Vineyard were blended with three blocks from our estate Desnudo Vineyard. The blend is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot. We made only 250 cases.
