As our most mineral-driven Chardonnay, this wine possesses layers of depth and nuance. The Price Family Vineyards team farms Gap’s Crown to the highest standards of quality and with exacting precision. We source Chardonnay grapes from three distinct blocks within the vineyard, each providing key elements of the final blend. Clusters are typically small and dense. Zesty aromas of citrus, flint and floral notes lead to flavors of stone fruit. The texture is smooth and persistent. This Chardonnay will appeal to both Francophiles and New World Chardonnay fans alike.

International Wine Report
"The always delicious Sojourn Gap’s Crown Chardonnay boasts a light lemony core with a watery rim and sees about 25% new French oak during fermentation. Lofty aromas of fresh white peach, fresh citrus, and lemony herbs, with just a hint of Honeydew melon pop from the glass. The palate is much the same, but with a bitter herb and lemon verbena note that sits on the back palate. Lush with vibrant acidity." - Jeremy Young, International Wine Report
