2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
This wine is a blend of Pinot noir from six unique Sonoma Coast vineyards ranging from Annapolis to the Petaluma Gap. Gap’s Crown, Sangiacomo, Silver Eagle and Walala Vineyards represent key components used to produce this rosé.
The 2021 Sojourn wines offer exceptional overall quality and show wonderful depth, intensity and balance. The Rosé of Pinot noir was harvested at night and is a blend of saignée and pressed wine. The juice was fermented at low temperatures to maintain delicate aromatics and fresh fruit character.

"Made from Pinot Noir grapes, this excellent 2021 Rose was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then bottled in February 2022. Salty undertones combine with ripe guava and strawberry tones. Delicious to consume now, enjoy over the next several years." - Owen Bargreen
