The vines are dry farmed and grow on steep, southern facing slopes that produce concentrated flavors and bold mountain structure. The 2010 vintage shows massive depth and character, with strong berry, mocha and dark chocolate aromatics that seamlessly dance you into ripe cassis and keep a strong hold with fine tannins. “Intense aromas of blackberry, cassis, pipe tobacco and bitter chocolate. Nicely structured Cabernet with a long, focused finish.”
